Here in the Walled Garden we are missing all our gardeners but are very pleased to let everyone know that we are linking up with Arron and Emma of Stort Valley Organics. We have started the process of certifying the Walled Garden as organic and from today they will be operating a veg and fruit box scheme from the Walled Garden . So we will have our very own box scheme in Stanstead Abbott’s! Fantastic for LOCAL produce, no air miles, no chemicals and delicious. They have been very busy selling vegetables during this crisis and would love some new customers from the village. Priority will be given to the families who have attended our workshops and those who are vulnerable and not able to get out. Hoping that we can get gardening together again soon .
