Free box of veg for the most plausible answer. When we were digging up potatoes, apart from disturbing the toadlet, we found buried in the soil, a duck egg! Who would have put it there?

I discovered a very useful piece of information yesterday and want to share with all you expert potato growers in case you didn’t know; if you store mint with your potatoes it stops them chitting!
