Welcome back Gardeners

It was wonderful to have so many gardeners back in the Walled Garden on

Friday.

This red lump may not look very interesting but Harriet was very excited when she

dug it up especially as it may have been an old brick from the wall and maybe 300

years old.

We dug up some daffodils and discovered that in a group of 9 flowering

bulbs there were 26 that weren’t flowering so we replanted these and gave them

more space to thrive.

The boys managed to collect the eggs and write the dates on them without squashing them quite an achievement …and the sun shone all afternoon. Huge thanks to all .
